Stop Dabbling with AI.
Start Building Real Capability.

The AI Coaching Academy helps ambitious professionals become confident AI operators through structured practice, live coaching, and a community of thoughtful peers.

AI Is Moving Fast. Most Professionals Are Still Guessing.

You’ve tried the tools. You’ve watched the demos, bookmarked the tutorials, and tested a few prompts when you had time.

But your actual way of working hasn’t changed much.

You still wonder: Am I using this well? Which tools are worth learning? What should I practice next? How do I turn scattered experiments into real professional capability?

Meanwhile, the people who build fluency now will have a major advantage over the people who wait.

The problem is not access. The problem is trying to figure it out alone.

Without structure, feedback, and a place to practice, most people stay stuck in dabbling mode.

The AI Coaching Academy is a place for ambitious professionals to practice using the tools of the future.

Meet Caelan Huntress

Caelan Huntress is an AI Trainer based in Christchurch, New Zealand. He’s trained hundreds of professionals across multiple organisations and designed the AI Foundations Certification from the ground up.

His approach is built on a simple belief: you learn AI by using it, not by watching someone else use it. That’s why every workshop in the Academy is built around AI Games — practical, structured exercises that build real capability through deliberate practice.

“I’ve watched too many smart people stay on the sidelines because nobody gave them a structured way to practice, or a place to play. That’s what this Academy is.”

Kelly-Anne Findlay
“Learnt so much about how much AI has advanced in the last 12 months. Also how to use it more efficiently for some tasks. Great presenters, and fantastic that it was interactive by using it in the course. Easy to go back and see what we learnt to reference it and show other staff members.”
— Kelly-Anne Findlay
Matt Harris
“This was probably the best workshop that I have attended, and multiple people said the same thing. The shift in confidence and engagement across the team is exactly what we were hoping for.”
— Matt Harris
